I absolutely recommend Jayson and the entire Burtch team to anyone looking for a home in this area of Florida! I’m from Ohio and didn’t know anything about the area other than I wanted a home here. After talking to Jayson he understood what I was looking for and was very helpful in giving me several options to look at. He was very helpful in letting me know what to look for and what to avoid, which was great considering I knew nothing about the area. During the process of actually looking at homes Jayson and his team were amazing with all the information I needed about each home, including any potential issues I might not be aware of, again very helpful. Once I found the perfect home with their help they made the entire process incredibly easy. They were very helpful getting all the information I needed to get everything changed over to my name, which can be overwhelming but they made the whole process very easy. I would absolutely recommend the Burtch team to anyone looking for a home!

The Burtch Team is the reason we have a house! Jessica and Jason are amazing! Jessica did not give up...even when we would dip our toes in the market over the last couple years and for one reason or another stop looking, she would still take our calls (lol) and help find and show houses. Jessica also did not stop fighting for us even when the lender (multiple times) didn't know how to get us in the house. She was the one that came up with the solutions. They both are gifted problem solvers and my wife and I completely trust them to not just "get the deal" but find what worked for our family. I cannot recommend them more! They are truly AMAZING!!!

Jayson and his team have gone above what was asked. Handled a long distance purchase for me, guiding me through the whole process an handle everything in person for me as I was not local for the closing, walk throughs etc. His team also helped guide me to the correct people for escrow an insurance, also always followed through immediately when info was requested. Jayson and his team also secured the house after closing for hurricane Idella that just past by early September. Could not have asked for a better Realtor!

We worked mainly with Brook Bobo. But Jayson did assist Brook with our questions regarding the area we bought the home. Brook went above and beyond in helping us with our purchase. We work in Minneapolis so we were not easy to work with logistically. She will do what it takes to assist you, as a buyer. We had questions about a renovation and she managed to get us a GC to come by and speak with us within an hour. Her response times were impressive. I would text a question and she answered almost immediately. We bought a waterfront property and Jayson helped us with questions about the access to open water and even questions regarding the boat lift. He went out of his way to visit the property for us specifically to look at the existing lift and was very knowledgable. We are very happy with the purchase. Now the renovations begin.
